...well sort of. Henry refuses to wear his costume. We think he is actually scared of it a little. So we are on our way to Target to see what is left in the costume department that he will wear. Wish us luck! Happily, Lucy is a sucker at this age!
Dave and Lindsey had us over for punkin' carving the other night. Thanks guys - lots of fun! And nice work with Lucy Dave, you seem to have won her over, a difficult task on her not so happy days.
I'm not usually quick enough with the camera to catch moments like this...but my timing was good this afternoon. I had run downstairs to bring up another load of laundry and found the three of them like this in our big leather chair. Nice.
We had the zoo all to ourselves today in the sun! Will and Henry played WWE and Lucy struggled a bit as she is making a habit of when we go anywhere but home lately. The first picture of her portrays her mood for most of our trip to the zoo today and the video is of her about 5 minutes after we walked in the door of her "domain", as Malia called it. Funny girl.
Lucy has a new vest from Tookie and Grandpa that Henry insisted she wear today. Now, not only is he picking out his own clothes, he's voicing an opinion about what Lucy wears. Oh boy. At least today I thought the choice was a good one!

A picture from our bachelorette for Angie a few weeks ago. And then there were none...single girls that is. We're all wed. These are my best friends from college and still remain very close to all of them...thank God for these girls! We do have a good time. Congrats Angela - love you and James!
Lots of fun these last 6 days at the beach. We spent our last night on the beach watching the sun set, great day for it. Tomorrow we are headed home and will be excited to see Tookie and Grandpa who are coming while John and I celebrate the wedding of my good friend Angie. So, another fun weekend ahead!
Henry's got a new big boy bedroom at the beach house - where there is a binkie - there is a bedroom. We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our friends, the Williams today. Yipee - Henry keeps saying "friends come today" and Lucy is obviously excited.
