A wonderful Tacoma day spent with some of my Freeman Girls!  We are many (9 to be exact), a little tricky to tell apart and we like it that way! 

Our New Old House

Well, as of tonight we are out of the old and into the new.  Here are the before's of our 'new old house':  Charming from the street, more than a summer project indoors, but if you are wondering what the heck we are thinking, make sure you scroll to the last two photos.  I know you know I know you know...there will be a lot of project posts a comin'.  If you get bored with me, click the links to the right, those people still photograph their children.  In realted news, it was Lucy's Birthday two days ago.  She had a VIP function due to the move, but had a wonderful Birthday anyway.

The photo here doesn't even do the view justice...it is expansive and impressive and just relaxes you the moment you set foot outside.

With three levels, 3 bedrooms, den, 2.5 bath, 3,000 square feet...every square foot of which needs rehab, we will be busy for a while.  But let's be honest, that's the way we like it.

Blogger's Cramp

Buying and Selling and Moving will give anyone blogger's cramp (not to mention, many other varietal of cramps).  Sorry to say I have fallen pray.  The couple in the photo is not us.  The home in the photo is neither our old, nor our new home.  Once the sale of our old home actually closes on the 17th, I will have more to report.  Stand by faithful blog hounds.  Your patience will be rewarded.

In other news, I have a never-been-used 1972 Kenmore washing machine for sale.  Anyone?  Anyone?
