Lucy threw down her purple crayon as I walked around the corner and took off running as if shouting to the cops, "wadn't me!". When I said, "Louuuucy?" She walked back slowly to the scene of the crime and sat here like this. So guilty.
Thank God we are normal over here. Hayden got a hold of my ball point pen and did something very similar to a bedroom door. Never told anyone...not even Jon. Just cleaned it up, gave her a time-out and vowed never to leave a pen near her!
I suspect this happens more with having an older sibling, yes? Or am I fooling myself and I will have at some point 3 loonies doing who knows what to my walls?!! At any rate - she is a DOLL and probably will get away with lots worse which will come in handy for her I am sure!! Love you guys!
I agree with Jessie, she's too cute for a time out...luckily we havent had to deal with crayons on the wall over here(knock on wood) because I know that I wouldn't deal with it as gracefully as you probably did!
Lola found a sharpie and drew all over my brand-new dining table last year. Believe it or not, I used a regular eraser on a pencil and it came out!! The "scene" looked very similar to this. Naughty little girl, looking too cute next to the crime scene. I think I currently have crayon on a window, but I haven't gotten around to cleaning that up...
Quite possibly my most favorite post ever of all blogs of the world. That little guilty face...to die for. I would let her color on my wall any day of the week.

Oh Luce. Too cute for a time out in my opinion.
oh no.
At least she was looking GLAM when she was caught!

By the way, if this happens to anyone else, there are two great cleaning products: KABOOM Ultra Scrub and Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Good stuff.
