I was able to knock out 4 of my 15 'commitment hours' for St. Pat's Harvest Festival Cake Walk this weekend. This is the first time I've ever made chocolate or cream cheese frosting before. Not bad, but I think I'm still a vanilla girl. These are just boxed cakes, but I think a little flag goes a long way!

We have to do 30 hours at St. Chuck's! I got a few hours today when I took the kids on a field trip to the nun's retirement home where they dressed up as saints and put on a show. Got to love Catholic school! Your cakes are beautiful!
